Life just got easier in South Park

Well, at least at 3 pm today. The US 35 access to Eastbound 35 will have our two entrances reopen -meaning no more trips up Xenia Avenue to Linden to Smithville just to go to the Nutter Center or Beavercreek.

The ramps have been closed for almost a year. I’m especially happy that the ramp from Warren/Jefferson Street onto East bound 35 is reopening. Since it enters the highway from the left, into the high-speed lane, I thought it might get eliminated when this project was first announced. Since it is a right on red from South Park, and avoids the crazy series of lights at Xenia Ave and the Boys and Girls Club, it was always my first choice for heading East.

So until they start tinkering with I-75, happy motoring.
