Why is Judge Skelton still on the bench instead of in a cell?

There are two sets of rules in Ohio- one for common folk, and another for our electeds. It was pretty obvious that the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts Mike Foley should have been removed from office due to his 12 pending felony counts.

It didn’t take a day for the Court to remove Foley’s criminal pal, Judge Jim Piergies from the bench for their scam to hire Piergies’ son into a cushy job in the Clerks office that he wasn’t qualified for. A three “judge” panel thought that there wasn’t enough evidence to remove Foley- despite a ton of evidence. The fact that the one honest politician in Montgomery County, Montgomery County Treasurer John McManus turned in Foley for Foley’s promise that if McManus moved county funds into an account for his side-gig as an investment advisor, McManus would never have to raise campaign donations again- wasn’t enough right there to say, “do not pass go, do not collect $200” and remove Foley until a judge and jury clear him as proscribed by Ohio code.

I was looking for the latest on the Foley case, when I stumbled on something even more disgusting, Montgomery County Common Please Judge Dick Skelton did a little favor for someone who works for his doctor, because, well, when you’re elected judge for life as all judges in Montgomery County are, you start to think you’re all-powerful, almighty and beyond reproach.

Turns out, both Skelton and former Judge Krumholtz both went to the same doctor- and the woman who worked there, well, her son was a felon, in prison for:

  • Aggravated Robbery, a first-degree felony;
  • Felonious Assault, a first-degree felony;
  • Escape, a third-degree felony; and
  • Possession of Fentanyl-Related Compound, a fifth-degree felony.

State v. Cox, Montgomery C.P. Nos. 2019 CR 03106, 2020 CR 01814, 2020 CR 01399.
Cox’s convictions arose from an incident in which he knocked a police officer to the ground, jumped in the driver’s seat of the police officer’s cruiser, and drove over the officer’s arm while fleeing the scene.

He’d been in jail and mommy missed him. When Krumholtz left the court, Skelton asked that the case be assigned to him, and then he proceeded to carry on text conversations with the dirtbags mommy, and promised her to get him out.

Problem was, dirtbag wasn’t eligible for release.

I’m going to repeat that: dirtbag wasn’t eligible for release.

Oh, and there’s more- like Skelton was going to “personally supervise” his parolee by meeting with him every other Thursday at noon.

Skelton broke every rule in the judicial ethics canon, and it was all reported to the Supreme Court ethics board over 2 years ago. Nothing has happened to it for that long- in the meantime, who knows how many more times Dick has dicked the public.

The “Complaint and Certificate” was published Sept 20th 2024 and uploaded yesterday 24 Sept 2024 and it’s a fun read. Judges in the Courthouse were already unhappy with how Piergies disgraced them, but now this. Being a judge is 110% about being trusted, honest, impartial and a person of integrity. Skelton is none of the above.

Why the Court hasn’t removed his pompous butt from the bench is beyond me- and should be beyond you. He broke the law. He’s getting a totally different treatment than me or you. I lost all respect for Dick when he had my case against the Dayton Board of Education and their illegal secret meetings– presided over by current challenger to McManus, Mohamed Al-Hamdani and his running buddy- Dayton Mayor Jeff Mims, where they had illegal secret meetings to shut down school buildings.

Addition 11:05 PM- just watched a bit of my old video “Goodbye Sunshine” featuring “Judge” Skelton and a whole crew of other criminals- might be worth a re-watch, esp. since Mohamed Al-Hamdani has a wet dream about beating John McManus as treasurer.

Skelton shouldn’t have stayed on the bench after this miscarriage of justice too.

Maybe now, Skelton will finally not have the last laugh, although he’ll probably just retire, take his pension as part of a deal to make this all away. He’s too old to run again, and he’s made too much money (now, we should wonder how he did it) to screw with this. Reality is, he should be prosecuted, found guilty and lose his pension just like his buddy Piergies is facing.

Let’s not forget that Skelton was also recently revealed for forcing court employees to be his personal bitch.

From the “Newspaper” that won’t credit me with breaking this story, here’s an excerpt from their story on that case Jun 14, 2024:

A former Montgomery County courts employee was awarded $70,000 in a settlement for a civil rights lawsuit that alleged he was wrongfully terminated because of his disabilities after being forced to do work at a judge’s private home and law firm.
Mustaine’s suit, filed in 2020 in federal court against the Montgomery County commission and Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Richard Skelton, alleged that the judge’s former judicial assistant was retaliated against after taking multiple medical leaves before being diagnosed with cancer.
The lawsuit also alleges the employee, Mitchell Mustaine, was required “to perform manual labor, such as mowing his lawn, landscaping, moving furniture at Judge Skelton’s residence, as well as closing down Judge Skelton’s private law office.”
“Judge Skelton regularly required Mr. Mustaine to perform work outside of his regular job duties,” the lawsuit alleged.

Btw- it was your tax dollars paying off the Judges crimes.

Dirtbag violated his parole almost instantly anyway- back to doing drugs and leaving the state without permission, but, hell, compared to Skelton, he’s practically a saint.

And, you know when the Dayton Daily newsless runs this story a few days from now, they won’t give credit where it is due.

Enjoy the read, here’s the whole document on his mishandling of the dirtbags case:

Code of Silence

Let the chips fall where they may.

(Judge Richard Skelton texting the jailed criminal’s mother, who worked at the medical facility where “Judge Dick” apparently received medical care, per the complaint David provided here):
“I probably will not do the hearing during my docket – will call u later and let u know my plan. Remember, do not tell him he is getting released. Talk soon, judge dick,” he wrote.
“Perfect thank you!! I promised I will not tell him you are releasing him!! Like I said I can’t thank you enough!!” she replied.

“Judge Dick” – yet another CROOKED REPUBLICAN.

Yeah, that pesky “innocent until proven guilty” thing is such a disappointment.

Shakespeare (The Merchant of Venice, Act 2, Scene 2): “… truth will come to light; murder cannot be hid long; a man’s son may, but at the length truth will out.
Take a gander at another man’s son, and he is certainly not Lancelot:

As you rightly point out, Bill, Judge Dick is presumed innocent until a jury of his peers convicts him of his crimes, much like Trump’s NY peers did by finding him guilty of 34 counts and making him a convicted felon.

Trump’s mug was captured by the Fulton County Jail (GA) as Inmate No. P01135809 and and he promptly sold it for money.

Both men debase their offices and insult the American people with their actions.

Truth will out. No man is above the law, right Bill?

This article was based on facts through paperwork, it’s extremely important that the community know about what really takes place at the prestigious courthouse. The judicial system was flawed from the beginning, especially for negroes. Judges having the power to play with an individuals freedom, based on NOTHING but their opinions lol…
Awesome enlightening article

Kyle

Want to see how he handles true Criminals? Look up Laquan Montgomery. Got out of prison for Armed Robbery. Asoon as released, he’s been caught stealing cars. 5 TIMES IN TWO YEARS. Grand Theft Auto. Every time he goes in front of Skelton, he’s given 5 yrs probation. No jail time.. Probation. 5 different times, 5 yrs probation. Why do we even have Judges?
