The Ohio Supreme Court announced today that they have issued an order to assign 3 judges to hear the request by the State of Ohio to remove Montgomery County Clerk of Courts Mike Foley from office pending the outcome of his 12 Felony indictments concerning his duties in office.

The request by the State was filed on August 8, and the deadline for appointment of the panel was tomorrow, Aug 27.

The three retired judges are:

  • Judge William A. Klatt
  • Judge Jerry R. McBride
  • Judge Jeffrey R. Ingraham

MCBride was the visiting judge assigned to my case against the local Board of Elections over agendas and transparency.

This panel will meet in secret to make it’s decision according to the Court and the ORC:

Pursuant to R.C. 3.16(C)(2), all meetings of the special commission shall be
closed to the public and the records shall not be made available to the public for inspection or copying until the special commission issues its written report or otherwise concludes its proceedings.
