Political frauds on voting fraud

Let’s be clear, there is zero wide scale fraud by voters to tip elections at the national level no matter what President Business Deals says (TOH to The Rooster for this naming convention).

As to fraud at ballot collection boxes, as claimed by Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost or the Secretary of State Frank LaRose, still unlikely- because, like it or not, your boards of elections all have crack graphologists on staff that can spot a fake signature a mile away on candidate petitions.

When it comes to tallying the votes, entrusted to political patronage hacks like Russ Joseph (already un-elected twice and censured once) in the bowels of the Montgomery County Board of Elections- where political sycophants can hire their convicted rapist sibling to an un-posted job, (Bev King, the rapists brother, is the Secretary of the Dem Party today) or, where there’s the question of if the BOE has 2 different databases– one for the elections the way they are, and one where they can turn them the way they want? The fact that the local BOE holds public meetings using something that resembles a schedule- as opposed to an agenda– is how they managed to cover up hiring former director of the BOE Steve Harsman to a private contract to re-gerrymand districts to their liking (making sure I wasn’t re-elected again to be a precinct captain).

After the Judge dismissed my case (I’m not a lawyer… I only play one on TV), Harsman, a Dem, gets one of the top paying jobs in the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts office run by Mike Foley as does his running buddy, Cathy Merkle. Both double dipping- and both working for a Republican, Foley, who ends up indicted- for among other things- forcing employees to work on his campaign (Merkle is his “new” campaign treasurer after his original, also an employee, Elle Sollenberger, probably turned States witness).

So when Dave Yost starts yakking about catching and prosecuting folks for voter fraud, indicting 6 people (one of them died 2 years ago) for illegally voting, I wonder, where the hell were these folks back 7 years ago when I tried to get someone to look into former Dayton School Board member Dr. Adil Baguirov (who has since changed his name to Al Baguiro) and his business partner Islom Shakhbandarov who were claiming to live in a house on Maryland Ave?

Lt. Governor Jon Husted is heir apparent to the governors seat after Mike DeWine is done thanks to term limits. He was secretary of state when the video was made- and did nothing. I doubt this will come up in his re-election campaign, just like he’s managed to escape guilt in the First Energy scandal. Look, we know who the crooks are- we elected them for the most part, stop trying to claim voter fraud is a leading issue or that January 6 2021 was a “Day of Love” (again- according to President Business Deals).

If you’re like me, you’ve been barraged with political propaganda (don’t call them ads- because if you lie in advertising it’s against the law) telling us about how Sherrod Brown did this, or Willis Blackshear Jr. didn’t do that, while the things that really matter (character) are negated and ignored. The reality is, we don’t run elections anymore- we run auctions (see my site www.electionsnotauctions.com) and for the most part, every rich person alive can buy a politician at some level of our government without disclosure.

There’s only one real crime about registrations- and that’s the sad fact that we don’t require donors to register to donate. It would be easy for the FEC to set up a single national portal for political donations, including managing credit card fees, where every single political donation is tracked- as well as expenditures (the candidates are given a debit card- and a payroll service) and reported in REAL time. As it stands now, ACTBlue- the processor for Democratic candidates and WinRed- the processor for Republicans- are listed all over campaign finance reports- as well as misspellings and mis-representations because they self-report.

The truth about government prosecution of citizens for breaking the law is, they prosecute who they want to. The fact that Dave Yost happily stood by with US Attorney Benjamin Glassman and FBI Special Agent Joe Deeters on the first floor of the Dayton Federal Building and told us we had a problem with a “Culture of Corruption” – yet, only indicted Black men (need a refresher- listen to me ask the question):

When it comes to problems with our government, the odds are stacked against the public in forcing accountability. We like to think elections are the answer- but we neither elect or hold sway over the US Supreme Court- where we now know there are serious conflicts of interest going on, we have lost the ability to even secure information about criminal acts by our elected leaders because they hide behind the GloMar exemption.

There are several things we need to have happen to fix this system:

• 18 year terms on the US Supreme Court
• Age limit for public office capped at 70
• Donor registration system with real time reporting
• Either funding campaigns, or a voter information system
• Required background checks for all candidates
• Ranked choice voting to end the 2 party system
• Create a separate branch of government to investigate government- the ombudsman branch- to prosecute government misdeeds for the people.
• Force social media networks that sell our data to pay us for it (to give us control of what we get fed)
• Create a unified, transparent platform for all political bodies to use.

Trust, me, voter fraud is should be the least of our worries. The frauds in office are way more dangerous.
