Montgomery County Dems meet tonight.

The Montgomery County Democratic Party is meeting tonight.

It’s a week earlier than their normal meeting. Headquarters is at 131 S. Wilkinson St.  Dayton Ohio 45402.

The secret Exec Committee meets at 7pm Everyone else is welcome at the central committee at 7:30 pm

I’ll be there collecting signatures and waiting for someone to tell me how I’m not allowed to run without the blessing of the secret screening committee. Of course, I’ve always thought we had primaries to tell us who should be in the general election.

The Republicans had their screening Monday night. I was not selected. Nobody knows if the possible Republican candidate by the name of Ernie Riley is endorsed/and or will run. You have to love how the Reps and Dems wait until 2 weeks before the filing deadline to keep “those not ready for prime-time” who want to be endorsed in a permanent state of suspense. This has been a good learning experience for me. I plan to turn in at least 700 by March 4, 2009 before taking off to Reserve NCO Academy. I think Rhine McLin needs to go more than I do. She has no leadership. She is a tool of Libermann, Strickland, and Obama.

I know it is non-partisan but I am going to be the Republican candidate who is a libertarian, who is an independent thinker. I will stand up for what I believe in and stand up to Rhine McLin.

Be careful down there. Make sure some wacko doesn’t try to tear your signature sheets. Take just one. Watch out they might cause trouble.

Riley is the possible Mayoral Candidate. One person tells me he is endorsed and running another says he has not decided/and or has not been endorsed. A stonewalling to keep everybody guessing until the last minute. Ticks me off a bit…understatement.

Have you heard Sandra L. Brasington pulled papers for Commissioner approximately 3-7 days ago. As far as I know I am the only one who interviewed for the position. She knows I pulled papers. She supposedly lives in W. Carrollton. She is the political director for our party. Do you think she did it for me, someone else, or herself. Could she move to Dayton between now and March 6th and register as a Dayton resident. Then run herself. She was on the screening board who interviewed me.

@Jeff- you are really posting a lot- in the wrong place- there was a post about who is running- 2009 Dayton Commission election: it’s a free for all
Anyone can pull papers for someone else. And, I think you only have to have residency before you file. There is no proof- just an address needed.
