Aaron Hartley disbarred

Well, one good thing definitely happened this election day:

“On November 5, 2024, in Supreme Court case No. 2024-1098, Disciplinary Counsel v. Aaron Paul Hartley, respondent was indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in Ohio pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(12)(A)(2)”

Now women and children don’t have to worry about a man posing as a man of law will do unspeakable things to them as their protector….

You read this whole story here first.

Thank you to the brave women who stepped up and shared their stories with me- and asked me to be their voice. Susan, Cindy, Laine, Meg, Tamara and others.

Good on you, Dave for covering this !

Melissa

Amen to that. Tim Hart and I rarely agree on anything (at least political), but we apparently agree on the merit of David covering and shutting down crooks, liars, perv lawyers, & others. A new day for you …. and a song so David doesn’t have to write one today – he’s busy!

I worked for and with Aaron while he was practicing law. I do believe he is severally mentally ill. It’s awful that he used his vulnerable clients. I wish I could say I am surprised but I am not. I knew he was a misogynist but didn’t think he would go to the extremes he has. I never worked with someone as anal retentive as Aaron. He was so full of himself. Non-stop monologues (once about all the different names for Jehovah). That place had a rotating door of employees. It was a total shit show! The Dayton Legal Community will be safer now that Aaron Hartley no longer has a license.
