Oh Hooray! So glad to hear you say this. I don’t see any other meaningful way out of the vacancy issues we face.
I’m not condoning unsafe or illegal behavior, but my site gets hit frequently for the search term “squatter’s rights in Ohio”. And why not? Who’s gonna stop a squatter for squatting in Dayton with 24-33% vacancy (depending on bldg use)?
