[1]I was driving out of Cleveland yesterday and saw this banner. Apparently Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Youngstown are getting the concept of regionalism better than Dayton, Centerville, Kettering, Huber Heights, Trotwood, Oakwood, Moraine, Beavercreek, Harrison Township, Miamisburg, etc…
Not only is it a brand that registers- it is their version of “Get Midwest” [2]– and it shows what the Dayton Development Coalition should have got from the Turner Effect [3] for their $900,000.
The site is www.clevelandplus.com [4] and their little video [5] will make you forget that they are in the same boat we are.

I agree, WOW ! ! Did you see the list of contributors. We should be able to gather a list just as great.
Mybe Centerville, Kettering, Huber Heights, Trotwood, Oakwood, Moraine, Beavercreek, Harrison Township, Miamisburg, etc… dont want to have anything to do with Dayton. Nearby towns see what going on it Dayton and dont want to be part of it. Look at Miamisburg, the city is almost done revatilizing its downtown, in the process of building a riverfront park and best of all they are going to build lots of new schools they CAN afford (Northmont, Springboro!)
