Constitutional monopolization of an industry, how does that even get put on the ballot? Seriously, its like putting this on the ballot: "In order to give you a taste of something that is illegal and should be legal, we would like to pass a law making a group of people that we see fit super rich". Why work hard for money when you can get suckers to vote into your hands. I can summarize what the ballot should say:
