Don’t you folks think that NCR, and a lot of other companies run in the other direction once and if they meet McLin?

What we need is an amendment to the US constitution that says the following:
No government may levy taxes on individual citizens or corporations.
Governments may levy taxes on the population based on broad criteria. Any citizen or corporation may pay taxes according to the most favorable criteria available.
That would do away with giving a special tax rate to GM, NCR, or any of the other mega-corporations that don’t really need them–but demand them anyway.
