The half a hammer award to congress for failing to give the VA the tools to do the job

Because they can put the stent in, but not take it out- since the VA doesn’t have the funds to repair or replace a piece of critical medical equipment, I’ve created the congressional half a $600 hammer award- from my bed in the Dayton VA.
