Real originals don’t copy concepts- unless they realize how good they are. Good to see Dayton Patented doing a cost effective campaign for once- but, you really have to chalk more.

Which came first? If the “Dayton Patented” was placed close to your name it’s a compliment, I would think. They are talking about you, right? Certainly looks like an endorsement to me.
